On Colleyville Boulevard, look for the entrance shared with Grain Root. Turn in and continue approximately 100 yards past the bakery.
Patient parking is in the designated area on the right side of the building. An accessible space is at the end of the walking path closest to the entrance.
Follow the sidewalk toward the front entrance. Summit is the second suite from the parking area. Look for our sign above the entrance.

Summit provides complimentary insurance benefit verification whenever possible before care begins. Requests are handled through the secure online appointment and patient-intake process in ChiroTouch.
Once your information is received, the team can review current network participation, chiropractic benefits, estimated out-of-pocket costs, and important limitations that may apply.
Insurance verification requests are not handled through the general website form or regular email.

Yes. Infrared sauna, red light therapy, and massage therapy may be booked as standalone wellness appointments without a chiropractic visit. Spinal decompression therapy is evaluated separately and is not a standalone wellness appointment.
